Rachel May McKishen on Thursday, August 23, 2012.  Age 69.  Mother of Jeffrey C. (Brandy) McKishen.  Grandmother of Candice Metzger, Michael Metzger, Carly McKishen, and Cole McKishen.  Great-grandmother of Christopher and Shawn Stinsman.

Born and raised in Elmer, Rachel has been a resident of Pittsgrove Township, Bridgeton, Seabrook, and most recently of Clayton for the past 32 years.  She graduated from Bridgeton High School and worked for Ecko Products in Clayton for 27 years as Packer, Press Technician, and Lab Technician.  Most recently she had worked as a Security Guard for the Pitman Manor.  Rachel was an artist who loved to paint and draw and an avid reader constantly with a book in hand from the library.  The family often shared Sunday breakfast together in recent years.  Most notably, Rachel liked to take care of people and help those in need and would give the shirt right off of her back to help someone less fortunate.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Monday, August 27, 2012 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 110 South Delsea Drive, Clayton, NJ 08312.  Memorial Service at 8:00 PM at the church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in her memory to the First Baptist Church.
